Originally from Schenectady, New York, Dr. Zalucki received a Bachelor of Science with Honors from Union College and his medical degree from Dartmouth Medical School. Dr. Zalucki completed his internship in General Surgery at the Mary Imogene Bassett Hospital in Cooperstown, New York, and his General Surgery residency at St. Agnes Hospital in Baltimore.

Dr. Zalucki is board-certified in General Surgery as well as Colon and Rectal Surgery, and has completed specialized training and fellowship work at the Greater Baltimore Medical Center. He has served Howard County and surrounding communities for 25 years.

Dr. Zalucki is a 2015 recipient of the Johns Hopkins Medicine Armstrong Award for Excellence in Quality and Safety. This award is presented to "the physicians who partner with families, colleagues, and staff to optimize patient outcomes and to eliminate preventable harm." He is a member of the Board of Trustees at Mount de Sales Academy and is the Treasurer for Heros Tournament Lacrosse Club.

Dr. Zalucki resides in Ellicott City with his wife and three daughters.

Dr. Cifello graduated from the University of Pennsylvania with a BS in BA Biochemistry.

After receiving his medical degree from Columbia University Medical School, he interned and performed his residency in General Surgery at St. Luke's–Roosevelt Hospital Center, and completed a fellowship in Colon and Rectal Surgery at UMDNJ Robert Wood Johnson.

Dr. Cifello has been board certified in General Surgery since 1999, and in Colon and Rectal Surgery since 2000. He is also Head of Colon Rectal Surgery at Baltimore Washington Medical Center. He has been in practice for over 15 years.
